…any album you’d recommend to get started on these guys?
You can’t go wrong with their newest album, The Crane Wife. “The Crane Wife 3″ will break your heart.
Also, Picaresque which has the aforementioned “Mariner’s Revenge Song,” plus “We Both Go Down Together,” “Eli, the Barrow Boy” and “Engine Driver.” (I am not at all biased by the fact I’m learning to play Engine Driver. Nope.)
