			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m not really following this whole baseball/steroids scandal thing, other than catching it on the news as my dad drove us home in the big gorram snowstorm last night, and from boredom-induced clicking today. </p>
<p>But!  The phrase below kind of jumped out at me.  Whoever can tell me what&#8217;s wrong with it first gets a prize selected from the swag at my desk.</p>
